1. Booking and payment
All bookings are made online. Payment is by card through Stripe. Your card is authorized at booking, but only captured once we manually confirm the booking, usually within 24 hours.
2. Cancellation and refund
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the booked start time are fully refunded. Cancellations inside 48 hours are not refunded by default — contact us if you have exceptional circumstances.
3. Liability
The customer is responsible for damages to equipment and premises caused by the customer or their guests.
4. Rights to recordings
Recordings and material produced in the studio belong to the customer.
