How does booking work?

Pick a date, length, and time in the online calendar and pay by card. Your card is authorized but not charged until we manually approve the booking (usually within 24 hours).

When do you charge my card?

We only capture the payment once we've approved the booking. If we ever have to reject a booking, the authorization is released and nothing is charged.

What's your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the booked start time get a full refund. Cancellations inside 48 hours are not refunded by default.

What's included in the price?

Lighting, soundboard, Røde microphones, two-seat podcast setup, sound isolation, and access to the green garden. Coffee and water too.

How many people fit?

Max 5 people total — 2-3 on set plus 1-2 crew.

Is there parking?

Yes, free parking right at the door at Stillidsvej 108, 2630 Taastrup.

Can we record outdoors in the garden?

Yes. The green garden is included in every booking. Great for B-roll and outdoor sequences.

Is there a minimum booking?

Yes, the minimum is 2 hours.

Do I get my files right away?

Accepted Answer

Recordings belong to the customer. We can transfer files by USB or cloud at the end of your booking.
